Yeah. So, this is an AU where Vaan went off to war, and Reks said they should switch lives until he returns - because Vaan was too young but was still being all pushy about it.

And then Vaan, still living as Reks, was framed and stuff, and died. :T

Reks decided he should lay low and live as Vaan. He's been living this way ever since. But, after helping Luso save the world, Reks is starting to feel weary of this lie.

(Also, yes, he dyes his hair.)
